Planning a fundraiser can be a challenge. DMI representatives are happy to assist you and provide the tools needed to make your sale a success. To get the ball rolling, here are answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Do we have to pay upfront?
DMI accepts public school/government purchase orders and offers credit to customers placing orders for $1000.00 or more. To apply for credit, download an application here. Otherwise, DMI accepts, at time of purchase, DISCOVER, MC, VISA and checks by phone, fax or mail.

How do we get started?
First, pick the assortment you think will sell best (or ask for a suggestion). Start with 1 to 2 boxes per seller. Hershey's boxes come 4 to a case. Place your order in full cases.

Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is one case.

How much are the bars?
The Hershey's bars in the Chocolatetown and Max assortments are 75 cents each. Sell them for $1.50 (or 2 for $3.00) to make 50% profit. King size bars in the $2 Big Bar Assortment are $1 per bar. Sell them for $2.00 each to make 50% profit.

How much will we make?
When you get free delivery, your profit is 50%. If you wish to order less than 8 cases of Hershey's, please contact jennie@calldmi.com for a shipping and profit quote. Call 1-800-628-5905 x 14.

How big are the bars?
The $1.50 bars are standard retail weight size, labeled for fundraising and include a $1 coupon offer from SUBWAY. The $2 Big Bars are king size bars and do not feature a SUBWAY coupon.

Are there any prizes?
Yes! When you order 8 Hershey's cases (32 carriers) of $1.50 size bars or 6 cases of $2 size bars, you can get a free 5lb Hershey Milk Chocolate bar. To obtain the 5lb bar you must submit a redemption form with your paid invoice attached. This program works like a rebate. Allow about 3 weeks for the bars to arrive.
