Most orders are shipped via UPS from our warehouse located in Valparaiso, IN. Larger orders, or orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent by the best available method - either UPS or a common carrier.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges are calculated according to current UPS rates, based on shipment weight and destination. Larger orders may qualify for free shipping. Please see the product listing in our shopping cart for details, or contact us at (800) 628-5905 for a shipping quote.

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping on some of our products when your order is above a certain dollar amount or number of cases. Just look for Free Shipping on the product detail page.

Delivery Time:

We make every effort to ship your product within 24 hours. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. Delivery times vary according to destination and shipping method.

Where We Ship:

DMI ships to verified postal addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We are not able to ship to military bases or post office boxes.

Product Availability:

We make every effort to keep products in stock at our warehouse. Quantities are limited on closeout merchandise. Although seasonal items are usually available year around, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer.

Errors and Omissions:

DMI Fundraising is not responsible for any typographical errors. Pricing and product information is subject to change without notice.

Returns:

DMI accepts returns of unopened candy cases, in original condition within 30 days of invoice date, when weather conditions allow. Return Authorization is required. If you choose to return an unopened item, you must first contact DMI to obtain a Return Authorization Number, call (800) 628-5905.

We do not pay for return shipping charges. If an item is defective, we will replace it in addition to issuing a call tag for the merchandise at our discretion.

DMI does not accept returns of special order items, lollipops, or custom printed spirit-wear.

Tax Exempt Sales:

If you have a State Tax Exempt ID, please complete form ST-105 and fax it to our office, 219.465.1356.

Billing Policy:

Credit Cards will be charged at time of shipping. The name "DM of Indiana, Inc.," our legal business name, will appear on your statement.

Payment Options:

At this time, we offer MC/VISA or check/money order as payment options online. To purchase with no money upfront, apply for credit terms with DMI Fundraising or provide a MC/VISA number to secure your order. Credit terms for qualifed customers are Net 20 days. DMI Fundraising accepts as forms of payment MC/VISA, or checks and money orders via phone, fax or mail. Call (800) 628-5905 to obtain a credit application.

Sales Tax:

A sales tax of 7% will be applied to all orders with a bill to address in Indiana. If your organization provides a valid Indiana State Tax Exemption Certificate (Indiana Form ST-105), sales tax will be waived.
