How do I return an item?

DMI accepts returns of unopened candy cases, in original condition within 30 days of invoice date, when weather conditions allow.

For allowed returns, authorization is required.  Contact DMI to obtain authorization by calling (800) 628-5905.

DMI does not accept returns of 

  • special order items
  • lollipops
  • partial cases

DMI does not pay the return shipping costs. However, customers may purchase return shipping labels through DMI.  Please contact us at (800) 628-5905.  We are happy to provide a quote, or further details.
